A Jewish man was pelted ‘in the face with stones’ after he was racially abused in North London. The victim was attacked after a ‘small disagreement about about a parking space’ in Fountayne Road on December 20.
According to Shomrim, a van driver allegedly shouted at the Jewish motorist, before throwing stones hitting the victim on his face. The Met Police has said that no injuries were reported.
There have currently been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “On December 20 at 2.20pm police received a report of an assault alleged to have taken place in Fountayne Road, N16. Officers spoke to the victim on December 28. No injuries have been reported. There have been no arrests. Enquiries continue.”
