Police have arrested a 37-year-old resident of southern Israel on suspicion of distributing photos of his daughter to pedophiles worldwide as part of a child porn exchange, police said.
According to Hebrew media reports, the man who was arrested on Friday, is alleged to have exchanged pictures of his naked daughter, a minor, for child porn from pedophiles online.
He was arrested on suspicion of pedophilia and sexual abuse.
Hebrew media reports said the girl was 4-years-old.
Police said a number of files were taken from the man’s computer during the arrest, which came following a weeks long operation.
On Sunday, a judge at the Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court ordered the suspect’s remand be extended until Thursday.
