Queens – A New York Knicks player was shot in the leg during a robbery after leaving a Queens strip club.
Cleanthony Early, 24, had just left a club when he was followed by up to six men just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
He was shot once in the knee cap on 64th Street in Maspeth. Early was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The suspects stole a gold chain and fled the scene, according to the New York City Police Department.
