The husband of an alleged cheating wife said he used the “Find My iPhone” app on his phone while looking for a gadget his son misplaced, but along with finding the item, he found his wife in bed with another man.
New York Post reports that Sean Donis, 37, located his son’s iPad while using the app, which led him to a master bedroom in Rockland County, New York, home, where he found his naked wife in bed with the owner of the home, his former boss.
Donis filmed the incident, a seven-second video clip, and exclaimed, “wow,” when he spotted wife, Nancy Donis, reportedly having sex with Albert Lopez.
The cheating spouse quickly jumped out of the bed while Donis dropped his phone in shock.
After Donis regained his composure, he picked up his phone and filmed the pair again, this time for around 35 seconds.
“All on video! All on video! . . . I can’t believe you, Nancy. I can’t believe you!”
“Stop. Please, stop. Stop. OK, I get it. I get it. Stop,” the wife pleaded with him.
Donis said he was watching their son while his wife claimed to be out with friends, but when his son’s iPad location picked up at Lopez’s house, his fears were confirmed that she was cheating.
Donis admitted that he walked through Lopez’s unlocked front door, and for that, he may possibly face jail time.
In July, authorities indicted Donis on charges of unlawful surveillance and felony burglary.
He told the New York Post he felt like he was being punished twice for his wife’s infidelity.
“I feel like it’s unjust what they’re doing to me.It’s like I’m being punished twice.”
Regardless, Donis pleaded guilty to the charges in August.
He’s due back in court on September 20 for sentencing. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
