A man with a long coat and a rifle opened fire on multiple floors of a Bronx hospital Friday afternoon, shooting at least three people, police sources told The Post.
The three victims are doctors, according to the New York Times.
Cops were still hunting for the gunman, who fired shots on the 8th, 16th and 17th floors of Bronx-Lebanon Hospital on the Grand Concourse around 3 p.m.
The 35-year-old shooter is known to the hospital, police sources said.
There were reports of doctors and nurses barricading themselves in rooms to hide from the shooter.
Cops are doing a floor-by-floor sweep of the medical center as they hunt the gunman.
