Police on Monday requested the help of the public to locate a 16-year-old girl who went missing over the weekend.
Batel Levi, from Jerusalem, has been missing since Saturday evening after leaving her boarding school in the southern city of Beersheba, according to Israel Radio.
No details were given of the circumstances leading to her disappearance.
Levi was described as 1.55 meters (5’1″) tall, with long dark hair and dark skin.
She was said to be wearing a black shirt and black pants at the time of her disappearance, as well as a pink jacket.
Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact police at emergency number 100.
