MIAMI – A bomb threat was reported Thursday at the Israeli consulate in Miami, authorities said.
Several police cars were spotted outside the New World Tower building that houses the Consulate General of Israel to Florida & Puerto Rico at 100 N. Biscayne Blvd.
Miami police said the call came in at 11:32 a.m. Police said K-9 units are inside the building to make sure that it’s safe.
The all-clear was given shortly before 2 p.m.
Police said southbound traffic on Biscayne Boulevard was shut down between Northeast First Street and Second Street during the investigation.
