Yana Gudkova a Russian model has filed a lawsuit against her sugar daddy, Brent Carrier a real estate developer after throwing her out after stopping having sex.
Yana Gudkova a Russian model has launched a lawsuit against her sugar daddy after the married man threw her out after refusing to have sex with the man.
In a report via the nypost, the woman claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit that her married real estate developer benefactor ‘kicked her out’ of the man’s Chelsea pied-a-terre after having stopped sleeping with the man.
To boot, the Russian model claims Brent Carrier, 55 of Larchmont, NY, stole diamonds he’d previously bought for her.
According to the woman, Yana lived in the developer’s upscale abode rent free, but only on the condition she remained as his mistress.
Do you suppose?
Things came to a head claims the suit when late 2015, Yana dumped her sugar daddy (alas …) after realizing he just wanted her to ‘be available to him as an occasional intimate companion whenever he wished.’
Yana is now requesting unspecified damages.
Responding to the suit, Carrier, president of Long Island City, Queens-based CRE Development insists Gudkova made up her allegations, at least most of them.
Gudkova did live in Carrier’s Chelsea apartment, but only ‘as a favor,’ and the two were never intimate, said the lawyer, Steven Bagwin.
‘It was an apartment he didn’t need or want,’ Bagwin said.
Added the attorney, ‘She was merely a guest.’
The lawyer asserts his client having given back his ‘yummy guest’ all of her belongings when she moved out.
When she moved out, or was forced to move out?
Gudkova, who moved to the US in 2013, according to the nypost is demanding Carrier return her jewelry, her $8,000 Rolex watch, Mac laptop, iPad Mini and a pair of snakeskin purses, one white and one black. Indeed.
