Kate Beckinsale’s marriage has gone to the “Underworld.”
Len Wiseman filed for divorce from the actress citing irreconcilable differences, TMZ reports.
The couple did not have a prenup and are not requesting spousal support, the gossip website reported.
Multiple outlets said they split last year after Wiseman, 43, was photographed sans wedding ring in Los Angeles with model CJ Franco.
“They are still friendly and spend time together in L.A. when Kate is there,” according to People.
Beckinsale, 43, met Wiseman while working on the first installment of “Underworld,” which he directed.
They married in 2004, and he became the stepdad to her daughter Lily, 16, with former beau Michael Sheen.
“[Wiseman’s] primary concern in all of this is Lily. He loves his stepdaughter and is there for her,” an insider told the magazine.
