A Brooklyn prosecutor was arrested for drunk driving after running a red light early Saturday, authorities said.
Chrismy Sagaille, 31, was pulled over after police spotted him darting through the red light at E. 85th St. and Flatlands Ave. in Canarsie around 4 a.m., according to cops.
The officers reported that Sagaille smelled of booze and had bloodshot eyes, cops said. He was arrested at the scene after he refused a breathalyzer test, according to police.
Sagaille began working for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office in 2013.
A spokesman for the office declined to comment on the arrest.
