She’s a beauty and a beast, pummeling her boyfriend in a jealous fit at his tony Manhattan apartment, according to court documents and the now-ex-beau.
Former Victoria’s Secret model Heather Payne — who once accused another boyfriend, famed restaurateur Nello Balan, of assaulting her allegedly flew into a violent rage at businessman Colby Kirmse in his East Village pad.
The blond model-turned-clothing designer, 42, repeatedly punched Kirmse in the face, tossed his TV remote out the window, chucked his laptop across the room and shoved his TV off its stand, say court papers obtained by The Post.
“My apartment was destroyed, and I got beat up by an ex-model — not one of my highlights,” Kirmse, 40, admitted to The Post on Sunday.
“She just destroyed everything in her path like a Tasmanian devil,” he added of the alleged July 24 beatdown, which left him with a black eye.
Kirmse a former real estate broker for The Corcoran Group and the son of former JPMorgan managing director Stephen Kirmse — said he met Payne on Tinder and had gone on only a few dates when she showed up at his East 12th Street apartment that morning.
“I . . . woke up to her screaming at me with my cell in her hand, going through every text,’’ Kirmse said.
He said the pair never agreed to an exclusive relationship, and he had exchanged some risqué texts and photos, including of his penis, with other women.
Kirmse admitted that the worst part of the ordeal was when his mom called him after Payne had allegedly forwarded her the racy texts and seamy pictures.
“My mom was like, ‘What are all these pictures of erections?’” said Kirmse, who recently launched a discount mattress business called Better Off Bed.
Payne was charged with assault, attempted assault, harassment and criminal mischief and copped a plea deal last week in Manhattan Criminal Court.
Under the deal, she agreed to pay Kirmse $2,951 for his ruined electronics, and in return, if she keeps out of trouble for six months, her record will be wiped clean.
