An NYPD traffic-enforcement agent used a gun to coerce at least two women into oral sex by threatening to arrest them, police said Monday.
Isaiah Delvalle, 27, approached a woman at Stanley Ave and Essex Street in East New York at 11:15 p.m. on Jan. 11, displaying a gun and badge, police said.
He told the woman that “he’s a cop and she’s under arrest and the only way to get out is oral sex,” police sources say.
Delvalle was arrested outside his apartment in East New York Friday following an investigation by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, police said.
He was charged with first degree criminal sex act, criminal impersonation of a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.
It’s unclear why it took two months for authorities to charge Delvalle.
