An off-duty cop was cuffed on drunken driving charges after she rear-ended an SUV on the FDR Drive early Saturday, officials said.
Angelica Beltran, 39, a 15-year veteran of the department who currently works as a community affairs officer in Manhattan, was heading uptown when she struck the vehicle near E. 92nd St. about 3:30 a.m., officials said.
Both the driver and passenger of the other vehicle were taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center with minor injuries.
Beltran, who refused a Breathalyzer test, was charged with drunk driving.
Her arraignment was pending Saturday afternoon, officials said.
