LOWER MANHATTAN – Two people shot have been shot outside of a federal building in Lower Manhattan, police said.
It happened outside of 201 Varick Street.
Officials said two people were shot, including a federal employee. The suspect is in custody.
The federal building is a large block-long federal building housing several agencies, including a passport office and a post office.
