Kanye West could perform in Israel this coming October, an Israeli news site reported Sunday. West is currently in talks with Israeli producers about a possible show, which might take place this October in Tel Aviv, according to the report by Ynet.
This April, West, his wife Kim Kardashian and their daughter, North West, as well as Kardashian sister Khloe, landed in Israel for a private visit, following a trip to Armenia.
North was baptized during the visit at Cathedral of St. James, an Armenian church in the Old City of Jerusalem.
In January reports emerged that Kardashian and her two sisters were planning to buy a Tel Aviv apartment worth $30 million.
West, no stranger to controversy, came under fire in 2013 for saying that “Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people.” He later retracted the comment, saying it was an “ignorant compliment.”
