Everyone’s favorite Jewish American Princess Amy Schumer is going to be the opening act for three Madonna concerts in New York in September.
The comic tweeted, “Guess who auditioned for @Madonna and got the part?” And, “See you in NYC on Sept 16, 17 and 19.” Schumer posted the tweet with a clip of herself as a young girl in a home video, in which she sings along to Madonna’s Like A Virgin.
She also graced us with a few hot and hilarious pictures on Twitter, like the one above with Saturday Night Live Star Vanessa Bayer. This next one is of her with the director of Schumer’s upcoming movie “Trainwreck” Judd Apatow.
The young comic also recently wowed crowds with her stand up show in Seattle. The Seattle Times wrote, “If Louis C.K. is comedy’s Everyman, the man the average guy with a little extra around the middle can relate to, Amy Schumer is its Everywoman.”
